By downloading, installing, or using Verba (the “App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for lawful purposes. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the App except as permitted by applicable law.

3. Your Content

You are responsible for the audio, video, transcripts, and other content you import or create with the App (“Content”), including ensuring you have the rights and permissions to record and process it.

4. Optional Third‑Party Services

Verba can integrate with optional third‑party providers (for example, LLM APIs or link import tools). If you enable these features, the information necessary to fulfill your request may be sent to those providers. Your use of third‑party services is subject to their terms and policies.

5. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Transcriptions and AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate. Do not rely on them as a substitute for professional advice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
